- What therapies do they use, and are they evidence-based?
- Do they take my insurance or offer sliding-scale fees?
- What does a typical day or week look like?
- How do they involve family and plan for aftercare?
Factors to weigh
- Location and whether in-person or telehealth fits your life
- Cost and coverage
- Specialization in your specific condition
- Reviews, reputation, and how you feel talking to them
